For women who are good at holding everything together, and tired of carrying it all in their head.

You can have a good life and still find it hard to switch off from it.

Work finishes, but you’re still thinking about it.

You sit down, but your mind moves to what still needs doing.

You make the decision, then wonder if you made the right one.

You’re there for everyone else, but rarely notice how much you’re carrying for them.

You’ve got very good at holding a lot.
My work is about helping you carry less.

You’re capable. You get things done. People rely on you.

And most of the time, you handle it.

But you also...

  • Finish work and keep thinking about it for hours afterwards.

  • Replay a conversation that everyone else has probably already forgotten.

  • Make a decision, then reopen it three more times in your head.

  • Sit down to relax and immediately notice everything that still needs doing.

  • Say yes because it feels easier than dealing with what might happen if you say no.

  • Spend so much time anticipating what everyone else needs that you barely notice what you need.

You probably already know you don’t need to do all of this.

That’s what makes it so frustrating.

Knowing what to do and being able to respond differently when the moment arrives are two different things.

My work helps you close that gap.

What working with me feels like...

You don’t come to me for another list of things to do...

  • We slow things down enough to notice what’s actually happening.

  • The thought you keep returning to.

  • The yes that came out before you checked whether you meant it.

  • The tension that appears when someone is disappointed.

  • The part of you that wants to fix, explain, anticipate or keep going.

  • My work is body-led, which means we don’t only talk about why you do these things.

We work with what happens in the moment you’re about to do them.

I draw from coaching, somatic and nervous system-informed practices, subconscious belief work and Human Design, depending on what you need.

So over time, you can notice the pattern earlier, create a little more space around it, and choose what happens next.

Less carrying. Less second-guessing. More space to actually be in your life.

this work is for you if....

  • You’re good at being the person everyone can rely on, but you’re noticing how much that role asks of you.

  • You can handle a full day at work, but struggle to leave it there when you come home.

  • You’re tired of replaying conversations, reopening decisions and thinking about things long after they’re over.

  • You know you need to slow down, say no or let something go, but knowing that doesn’t always change what happens in the moment.

  • You want to care about the people in your life without automatically carrying what belongs to them.

  • You don’t want a completely different life. You want more of yourself available for the one you already have.

You can keep coping like this. You just don’t have to keep living like this.

Hey!

I'm Kelly.

I’m a Body-Led Coach, mum, Human Design nerd, and someone who spent years trying to think her way out of overthinking.

I knew a lot about myself.

I’d done the therapy, read the books, listened to the podcasts and learnt the mindset tools.

And I could understand exactly why I was doing something... and still find myself doing it.

I’d replay the conversation even though I knew it was over.

Second-guess a decision I’d already made.

Take responsibility for how everyone else was feeling.

Keep going when I knew I needed to stop.

Over time, my own work became less about finding another answer and more about learning to notice what was happening in my mind and body when those moments arrived.

Human Design became one part of that. So did somatic work, nervous system support, subconscious beliefs and learning to respond differently in real life.

That journey became the foundation of the work I do with women today.

Helping you understand yourself, work with what’s happening beneath the thinking, and have more of yourself available for the life you’re actually living.
