  • Not much! You’ll have one 90-minute 1:1 session every fortnight. Think of it as your new therapy session, but way more flexible.

    - No modules, no homework, no journaling (unless you want to).

    - Your Human Design insights are sent via audio/video, so you can listen while cooking, on a walk, or when it suits you.

    - Simple, doable practices (in 5 minutes or less) to fit into your busy life.

  • The 1:1 session is an integral part of the program and is required for deep transformation. If now is not the right time for you to commit 90 mins per fortnight there will be future rounds. 

    Rest assured, we schedule the sessions around your busy life, with flexible timing.

  • I'm a mum too and I totally get it. Life happens! If you need to miss a session, we can reschedule within the program timeframe.
